Terms of Use

By using the Diksy app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Turkish version: Kullanım Koşulları (Türkçe).

1. The service

Diksy, developed by Dode Yazılım, is an AI-powered presentation and speaking coach. It lets you record presentations, see metrics such as speaking pace, filler words and structure, get coaching suggestions, and practise with drills and interview simulations.

2. Account

• You must be over 13 to create an account; if you are under 18 you need a parent’s or guardian’s consent.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it.
• You can permanently delete your account in the app at any time (Account deletion).

3. Subscriptions

• Core features are free within a usage quota. Pro features are offered as an auto-renewing subscription. Current price, duration, any free trial and renewal details are shown on the purchase screen and store page.
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until then. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds are governed by the refund policy of the store you purchased from (Apple or Google).
• Use “Restore purchases” in the app to restore purchases on a new device.
• On iOS, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

4. Your content

• Your recordings, the text you write and the documents you upload belong to you. We process them only to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy).
• You confirm you have the right to use what you upload. Do not upload other people’s documents or copyrighted material without permission.
• If your recording includes other people’s image or voice, you are responsible for getting their permission.

5. AI and content rules

When using Diksy and its AI features you must not:

• record, upload or try to generate sexual, obscene or explicit content,
• create hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that glorifies or incites violence,
• create any inappropriate content involving minors,
• upload or share other people’s personal data (identity, contact, health information, etc.) without permission,
• plan or promote illegal activity, or produce fraudulent or misleading content,
• try to make the AI bypass its safety rules, generate harmful content or impersonate others,
• use share links to spread spam, advertising or content that breaks these rules,
• reverse-engineer the service, abuse it with automated tools, overload it, or try to circumvent the quota or subscription system.

Reporting

If you see content that breaks these rules in a share link or in the app, send the link or a description to [email protected] with the subject “Diksy content report”. We review reports within 24 hours and remove the content and the related share link if it breaks the rules.

Enforcement

Depending on how serious a violation is, we may:

• remove the content or share link,
• temporarily restrict your access to AI or sharing features,
• suspend or permanently close your account without notice.

For serious violations (e.g. content involving minors, credible threats) we may notify the relevant authorities. Refunds for accounts closed for violations are subject to the store’s policy.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for outcomes of decisions you make based on AI output. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will announce significant changes in the app. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms. You can end this agreement at any time by deleting your account.
